This restoration project consists of the complete building envelope restoration of this Miami historic high-rise property.  The Chattahoochee finish to the exterior of the walls brings a unique challenge to this project not typically seen in South Florida.  The work here includes new balcony railings, concrete restoration, waterproofing, and painting.
