Pro-Max recently completed the tower and parking garage portion of this project which consisted of the complete restoration of the building’s exterior envelope and the interior of the parking garage.  This work included concrete restoration, waterproofing, stucco repairs, waterproofing, and painting.

At the plaza deck level Pro-Max is currently restoring and rebuilding a completely re-designed ocean front plaza deck.  This work will consist of waterproofing, new stairwell structures, new pergola and bbq areas, a newly re-finished pool, and the re-finishing of the entire deck with new tile finishes and lighting throughout.
