This project consists of removing all the existing railings, balcony tile finishes, the demolition of the plaza deck, concrete restoration of the entire property, and the installation of new railings, waterproofing, new plaza deck finishes, and re-painting the entire exterior of the property.  The plaza deck is also being designed by the Pro-Max in-house design team and will include new recreational facilities, furniture, pool finishes, new tile, landscaping, and lighting.
